YOUR PROJECT OUTCOME
An experiment plan with verified AI analysis, metric definitions, three compared hypotheses and human criteria for investment or revision.
Who it is for
Entrepreneurs and marketing leaders with an active offer and access to commercial data, even if limited.
What you need to start
An understanding of the sales journey and access to anonymised data or a teaching dataset. Basic spreadsheet skills are useful.
The curriculum
01The economics of the offer
+
Reconstruct revenue, margins and costs in an auditable spreadsheet. Use AI to suggest sensitivity analyses, checking formulas, assumptions and data limits.
02From enquiry to customer
+
Define stages and qualification within the commercial journey. Use AI to surface gaps and alternative explanations without confusing correlation with cause.
03Reliable measures
+
Check denominators, timeframes and duplicates before AI analysis. Design a dashboard and verify each calculation against known sample data.
04Three growth hypotheses
+
Compare three AI-supported hypotheses covering offer, acquisition and relationship continuity. Assess resources, expected impact and risks using human judgement and available evidence.
05Experiments with explicit criteria
+
Design an experiment with a hypothesis, change, metric and decision threshold. Use AI to challenge the design and identify confounders or inadequate samples.
06AI as decision support
+
Present the dashboard and 30-day plan. Interpret simulated or real findings with AI and document what supports a decision, what needs more evidence and what should stop.
The final project
A 30-day plan with a verified dashboard, three AI-developed hypotheses, a calculation-checking record and a decision conditional on evidence.
Planned assessment criteria
Planned review criteria include metric accuracy, economic plausibility, experiment clarity and decision quality. Forecasts must remain distinct from actual results.
Tools and materials
